We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to support and enhance operations
at our glass manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing
environments, particularly in the glass, aluminum, or polycarbonate sectors, and will play a key role in daily
production oversight, technical supervision, and continuous improvement.
The role requires someone capable of managing production workflows, overseeing team execution,
operating machinery, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a dynamic manufacturing
setting.
Responsibilities:
- Work Plan Management: Organize and oversee factory work plans to meet delivery schedules.
- Team Supervision: Assign tasks to the production team and supervise their work.
- Glass Production: Oversee the production of different glass products.
- CNC Operation: Operate and manage the CNC glass cutting machine.
- Machine Maintenance: Monitor and ensure the maintenance of all production machines.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout production.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the glass, aluminum, or polycarbonate industries.
- Preferable proficiency in CAD and CAM
- Knowledge of glass manufacturing standards, and lean manufacturing certification are highly desirable
