We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant / Production Manager to oversee our operations in the glass manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial production and facility management, preferably with an engineering degree and experience in the glass, aluminum or related industries.
The role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving growth and modernizing the facility through the implementation of ISO standards, integration of new manufacturing lines, and optimization of production and maintenance workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across production, maintenance, scheduling, and inventory
- Analyze processes and implement improvements in output, efficiency, and cost control
- Oversee installation and integration of new machinery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Prepare the groundwork for ISO systems and structured operational processes
- Lead and develop production teams; enforce discipline and performance standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Prior involvement in restructuring, process optimization, or production scale-up
- Preferred experience in glass, aluminum, or construction materials industries
- Familiarity with ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
