The five-star hotel features 118 rooms and 52 fully furnished residential apartments, alongside the Royal Residence, which spans 4,131m² and is recognized by the Guinness Book of Records as the world’s largest hotel suite. Our work involved the installation of premium thermal-break aluminum windows, doors, and sliding systems throughout the hotel, residential areas, and public spaces.

We also utilized spider glass facades, Alu wood, and glass balustrades to maximize the resort’s sweeping mountain and coastal views while enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

A standout feature of our work, unprecedented in Lebanon, is the fully motorized Griesser® glass roof system over the pool skylight, complemented by all-around Schueco® sliding thermal break double-glazed movable glass walls. This large-scale motorized roof seamlessly integrates with the resort’s design, illuminating the pool with natural light and maintaining indoor thermal efficiency.

Additionally, we installed elegant pergolas throughout the hotel, providing shaded outdoor spaces that enhance the guest experience while complementing the resort’s overall aesthetic.

Utilizing Schueco® profiles, renowned for their unrivaled thermal insulation, durability, and sleek appearance throughout Grand Hills, we ensured that all glazing elements met the resort’s luxury standards while optimizing energy efficiency.

The project’s regional scale and intricate design demanded precise execution.
